Austin-based Crimson, a healthcare software development firm and division of The Advisory
Board Company, has a growing User Experience team where you`ll work under
the guiding eye of principal UX Designers to:
? Partake in requirements gathering & solution deliverables for multiple simultaneous
projects with key stakeholders
? Contribute to the design direction of product user interface by aiding UX Designer architects
in the creation of IA, taxonomies, visual standards, storyboards, interaction
patterns, use cases, wireframes, and mockups across multiple applications using various
Mac-based design tools
? Use your improving knowledge of design principles and UX to steward a design
through the software development process
? Continued willingness to learn, listen, critique and be critiqued
? Collaborate with partner UX Developers passionate about user-centered design and
dedicated to the presentation layer
? Champion the standards of the UX team at every turn
This is not just a visual designer role. Sure itʼs a large part of this position, however you
will be expected to contribute to the entire design process: discovery, prototype, design,
test & iterate. This is not just a usability analyst role. While usability analysis is a part of
this position, your ability to take criticism, direction and follow-up with improved layouts
and compelling visuals is key. This is not a developer role. Having the ability to handcode
will help you understand the power and limitations of web technologies when
working with our UX Developers, however you will not be writing code in this role.

ESSENTIALS
1-2 years experience or a strong student portfolio

Title: Inbound Marketing Manager
Reports To: Director of Traffic & Analytics

Job Description:
The responsibilities of the Inbound Marketing Manager is to oversee strategy and implementation of Search Engine Optimization, Public Relations and Social Media for all Idea Incubator LP divisions. This position is responsible for generating inbound leads and building brand value for each division. They work closely with the Editorial Director/Team, Profit Center Managers, and the Social Media Manager to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Manage Content Research. This is the consumer and industry research that will be found and aggregated from sources such as social media, industry reports, sales data, competitive research and more. This serves as the preliminary research for managing editors and ensures all content is valuable to the consumer today. My main focus is collecting and improving the accuracy and insights we extract from this research.
2. Oversee Content Conversion & Distribution. Once content is posted by managing editor`s it is the responsibility of the Inbound Marketing Manager to facilitate, whether in-house or outsourced, the transcription of this content into PDFs, videos, podcasts and any other format necessary to obtain converting traffic. This content then gets distributed to the appropriate channels for maximum reach and it is optimized to achieve set goals.
3. Organic Search Marketing. When content goes live, extensive on/off-site optimization tactics, mainly link building, will be performed to obtain search traffic from targeted prospects.
4. Social Media. The Inbound Marketing Manager is responsible for having an overall understanding of Social Media strategies in regards to branding and driving traffic/leads. This role`s key responsibility is to oversee the Social Media Manager and create strategies with the person within that role.
5. Monitor Public Relations. As the Inbound Marketing Manager you are responsible for monitoring press for all Idea Incubator companies. This position is also responsible for facilitating the creation and submission of Press Releases through various Channels.
6. Performance Reports. This position is responsible for tracking the results of Inbound Marketing Team`s efforts and reporting these to the Director Of Traffic and Analytics.
